On 22nd March, a team from First Step took part in a charity fundraising walk, to raise money for local charities in Hull and the East Riding.

James, Rob, Caine, Holly, Amanda and Louis walked a 20-mile route from Beverley to Hull – starting at midnight and finishing in the morning.

Money was raised for Humber Rescue – the local lifeboat charity, Freedom Road Creative Arts – a charity in Hull supporting children through dance, drama and music lessons, and SportsRaiser Foundation – a grass roots sports development programme.
